This is one of the worst shows I've ever watched, and I've seen a lot.
Shirley Henderson made me want to rub sandpiper on my private's and not in a good way. Her acting is sooo bad it's embarrassing. The plot is ridiculous and the acting from all parties is amateur dramatics. I thought that C5 were upping their game but it's obvious that they still produce third rate dramas such as this. I wouldn't recommend this to my dog let alone other humans as you would have more fun watching the adverts in between this tosh.
I have rated it one star as I can't give it a zero rating and can Shirley Henderson not grace our screens again.

I don't even know where to start. In terms of cinematography it gets an A+. Strong performances from all the actors, which would be expected from the quality on show.
The rest of it is an overblown mishmash of I don't know what. I would imagine like Terry Gilliams other movies you need to be on some form of mind altering drug to make sense of it. Saying that, I rate 12 monkeys as an excellent film.
I had this on my Amazon wish list for about a year as I had heard generally good things, but definitely not my cup of tea and I wouldn't recommend as there are better things to watch in two hours.

Highly recommended, the whole cast is great, but Martin Freeman's performance is amazing, playing a copper on the edge..
BBC back on form after some recent dramas of terrible quality.
