May be I never watched the 1980s road house, that's why I really enjoyed watching this. Jake Gyllenhaal is really an actor who can transform into any kind of roles, he as an MMA fighter clearly suits him as well. I didn't feel like there was any dull moments, mostly every body has given their best performance.

Some of the lose ends - not a great romance.

And like everybody is talking about Mcgregor's acting is not so great but I still give him points for his MMA attitude.

I liked the acting of road house owner and not much of that ER doctor.

At last, it's a good movie which deserve more than the current IMDB rating .
