I've watched 2.5 episodes. It's excruciatingly slow, pretentious dross. Can I get my 2 hours back please? No? Shame. I've seen some weird stuff in my time but really this is a waste of time on so many levels. Perhaps if someone else other than the writer had directed it someone would have had the nerve to tell him what a steaming pile of dung it is but clearly that didn't happen. I did feel sorry for the actors. Largely because whilst they might be good actors, clearly the director told them on no account must they actually allow themselves to 'act' in any meaningful or recognisable way. Well, That's all folks!

All these bad reviews; for heavens sake, it's an adventure mummy/zombie movie, nothing more. And as such it's Great! I know people love to knock Tom Cruise but get over yourselves! The man makes good entertaining adventure films, it's what he's good at. Just enjoy it for what it is. It's entertaining escapism. The acting is fine, it has a good cast especially the stunning Annabelle Wallis, (OMG, let me have a moment...) the CGI is excellent and the story line is well paced, exciting and at times a lot of fun! Ah, I know, you want a believable film...,?? Well hello, it's a film about a mummy, none of them are believable! Don't let the bad reviews put you off, it's an enjoyable romp about mummy's. Watch it.

I love Sci Fi, I loved Bladerunner, but really this was just awful. Nowhere near the quality of the original. Someone said it was the best sequel ever! You've got to be kidding! I thought it was never going to end. Want to see a great Sci Fi sequel, try Aliens.
