This series shops have ended in Season 3. This last episode had one job, to kick the crap out of Gilead. Now all we get is this mashed up lame attempt to make good between characters, memory flash backs, blah blah blah. Many of the characters should have vanished permanently. I eagerly waited to stop watching this lame series. Had sooooooo much potential then they let the actors direct. Bad idea. Close ups of June make me physically sick. Oh of course June wants to continue on- never to be captured or permanently vanished. Someone please permanently disappear June asap. June goes looking at burned out houses instead of leaving on another search for Hannah. June's grotesque close up is like a bad 70's porn. This episode wasted sooooo much time doing absolutely nothing. Where are the guardians when u need them to take June to the wall?
It's slow. The acting is too passive. Script is boring and nothing close to the original myth story. Really wished they would have used the mythology to their own benefit. I understand like all scripts they want it to be their own. However, sticking to what's commonly known is more exotic to see it on the screen. Homer had it best. So much left out that explained who why when why etc. I will say I liked the Queen's reaction - a different take. She didn't care for the bloodshed. The Prince's story was left out. He had disdain for his father at first but then learned from him and what happened to him. He learned to fight. Odysseus's reason for being gone was completely left out. That's weak. The clean up after the bloodbath was suppose to be done by the women of the palace who slept with the intruders then hung. Why was Odysseus still covered in blood but everything n his son clean? I really wanted this to be epic but it was truly a whisper of the story.
