It starts off ok. But by the 4th episode it just becomes pointless. Couldn't watch anymore. Although I haven't watched the rest,I feel it was just a waste of time. There was so much potential but it just become nothing. The acting is good. That's not the problem. The problem is trying to fill a story with unnecessary fluff. While I only managed 3 and a half episodes, I thought it would be better for my mental health to avoid watching the rest of this. Another thing that should be highlighted is that this forum forces you to fill your reviews with unwanted fluff due to a minimum of 600 charararacters.

I didn't have high hopes for this to start with, but I didn't think it would be so rubbish. It's full of bad script, bad characters, acting does the best it can do with what it's got. But it's like it was written by a young child who doesn't know anything about anything yet. The concept is interesting, but the way this was written was simply just dumb. It could have been done a whole lot better... It has the cliche one person who can see what's happening with the obligatory refusal of authorities to believe him. It has the selfish teen-ager screaming at the woman desperately trying to save her son while her dad's emergency was not as desperate. Many characters here you just hope get eaten, but I can't watch any more.

The first episode it looked like we're in for a good show. Then it turned into teenage brat stuff. It constantly flips from present to future. Which is not so bad, but every time it comes back to present it's just bad acting, bad plot. The directing is pretty lame too. How can you sneak up on someone in a helicopter? Diversions from realistic like this are consistent with this show. And how do you change your race? Perhaps with poor casting. I stuck it out for 5eps, and wish Netflix could refund that part of my life back. Where are all the monsters? The opening scene has a giant grub but then it's just people being zombies.
