It is definitely a different spin on the regular Hallmark fare, but it is definitely a "keeper". I even would buy the DVD for this one!
It didn't start off that great, I found Max too much like a "player" at first. But the movie started to get much better 1/4 of the way into it. It was a refreshingly honest movie about what not to do when getting married to someone one barely even knows (I've been there). This movie really spoke to me unlike a lot of other Hallmark movies that have no deeper meaning behind the gloss. I highly recommend this one especially to anyone who has married the wrong person due to lack of getting to know them well prior to going down the aisle.

It's a weird phenomenon. I love 😍 Andrew Walker and Danica McKellar in their individual movies, but the characters and the story was so uninspired in this one that I cannot even explain how bad the end result was. At best, this movie was like a dream cast that fizzled quickly. The story doesn't delve into the any scenarios that would make you want to root for this couple. These characters don't have much chemistry at all even though I was really hoping they would! Try Andrew in Bridal Wave. Try Danica in A Crown For Christmas or Perfect Match. Much better chemistry and writing.
I found there was no chemistry between Daniel and Brooke and she was so annoying, such a shallow person and she was to "up" all of the time, like a Miss USA Beauty Pageant contestant, how is she even a relatable heroine to Hallmark viewers? This was definitely a terrible movie and I had to turn it off, even with Daniel Lissing in it. Hallmark needs to cast him with a compatible actress where they exhibit good chemistry!!
