The Life of Chuck is not just the best film of 2025-it's one of the finest Stephen King adaptations ever brought to the screen. This movie has a few fun moments, but overall it struggles to justify its existence. While the dinosaurs still look impressive and some of the action sequences deliver decent thrills, the story feels recycled and the characters are flat-especially the new leads, who lack the charm of earlier installments.

Martin Krebs is an interesting addition on paper, but his role ends up feeling underdeveloped. The chase scenes are fun, (although sometimes painful to watch) but they can't carry the film. The plot leans heavily on nostalgia without offering anything truly fresh or compelling.

It's watchable, especially for die-hard fans of the franchise, but it never fully takes off. A missed opportunity to breathe new life into the Jurassic World universe.

Ironheart had potential, but it feels like a missed opportunity. The CGI for Riri's suit is undeniably solid - sleek, polished, and visually on par with what you'd expect from a Marvel project. Unfortunately, that's where the praise ends.

Everything else comes across as rushed, cheap, and oddly disconnected. The storytelling lacks depth, the dialogue often feels forced or unnatural, and the overall tone seems unsure of itself - like it's trying too hard to be meaningful without putting in the work to earn it. The production design and pacing fall flat, and what should have been an empowering, tech-savvy origin story ends up feeling more like a formulaic checklist.

This show had all the right ingredients - a brilliant young heroine, connections to the broader MCU, and a fresh perspective. But it fails to deliver any emotional weight or authenticity. Instead of Ironheart soaring, it just sputters.
