I was about 6 when the original came out and loved it. So when I saw a remake for it I passed it up, not a Lohan fan.
I just saw there was a Freakier Friday 22 years later and decided to give Freaky Friday 2003 a shot on my 55th birthday. Well I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it and laughed more than I expected. Now I want to see the new one. If you are in the same boat as me who saw the original and passed this over and thinking about it. Give it a shot!

As I started to watch my rating for this show just kept dropping. Who's bright idea to add a fake 3d display. Oh those poor people, hey pretend you are rotating it, ok now pretend to look interested.
In many cases they showed something on the fake 3d table, but never the full shot for the viewer, so if you watch on a smaller screen you are missing any detail they are showing.
This gimmick sucks, since you already have the 3d models, it would have been better to have an actual screen where they can pinch, zoom and rotate in real time.
If there is a 2nd season of this, which I wouldn't mind, please junk the fake 3d thing. It looks goofy and it is extremely distracting. Whoever decided hey this is brilliant needs to be fired and never allowed to touch a production again.

What a pleasent surprise. So far I have been enjoying this new series, I hope it lives long and prospers. I hadn't watched the cartoon Lower Decks, tried and just went on to something else. When this episode started as a cartoon I thought I was watching the wrong show. Then realized they did a crossover. And thought, oh no, did it jump the shark? NO! What a brilliant little episode. Probably going to have to go back to Lower Decks and revisit. Well now I have to fill up like 130 more characters, so maybe I should try to write a limerick.. There once was a science officer named Spock, who had a red mark on his.
