I wanted to watch a nice comedy movie so I picked this from my watch list. Kate Hudson, comedy.. sounds nice, I expected something cute, I didn't read the plot before watching. So it turned out to be a cancer movie.. OK,, that works for me two. But somehow, it was hanging in the middle, it's not comedy, not funny and not dramatic nor touching. Acting is bad. but you don't expect Oscar performance in a light comedy, right! .. anyhow.. most of the story looks like unnecessary load of details.. troubles with the father, troubles with the mother, troubles with the friends, love the doctor, have cancer! .. it's like collecting any problem that can come in someone's life and adding it randomly. The usual "I have cancer so I'm mean to everyone" with Kate Hudson's acting is just not catchy! .. when she tries to do heavy dramatic moments she ends up looking very unnatural and unreal. Fantasy! dreaming once and having three wishes blah blah blah .. not really fantasy but not really realistic..

Not the best massage for cancer patients. I recommend you NOT to watch the movie. If you like good quality movies or even a cute flick for fun, this is neither.

I thought many times before picking up this movie the only thing that got me to actually watch it is the cast. BIG names! But once I started watching I knew it's a mistake. The movie is designed to just show Gina Carano as the super woman, unbeatable, pretty, strong, smart and professional.. you name it. it's fine to present the main character as a super agent but forcing things too much makes the movie weak. Like in many scenes a guy tosses his gun and decides to fight her with his bare hands so you can watch a fight where she can jump and do some wrestling stuff. the guy could simply shoot her in the head and that's it! Another guy decides to punch her on the head instead of stabbing her with the knife he is carrying! OK if you have a knife and the time, just stab her! but the whole thing is to create fights where she shows her moves. Anyhow, don't let the big names trick you. Every actor appears for a little bit of time that is not enough to see him actually doing anything except getting beaten by Carano then die.. the rest of the movie is following her running or doing unnecessary old boring action!

They also tried to make the movie smart and twisted, intelligence and betrayal stuff but there's a point where you feel the whole thing is cheap so don't get all "the prestige" on me!

this is a very negative review I know, but seriously the movie is bad. Specially Gina's acting, she's just putting the tough all business face all the time and beats the sh*** out men! just too much to believe!

Bottom line, any romantic comedy would be a better watch!

This is just bad! acting, script, directing the movie .. you name it .. it's all bad. There is a scene while the mother is driving the car and talking to her son in the back seat after they leave the restaurant. This scene drew the line! Check the gross income of the movie it's around $2000 . This just tells you how bad it is. There is nothing here that you may be looking for. Not the comedy, not the little "crazy" moments when everything gets messed up and hilarious and definitely not the drama.

I don't know what else to say but you seriously wasting time if you are planning to watch this thing. And I honestly don't know how it got some positive reviews cuz this is beyond disagreeing in opinions this is a movie that you don't expect anyone to rate 8!!! or even 6!!!

I enjoy movie like pineapple express .. comedy based on circumstances and main characters getting themselves in trouble but this is awful.

Just don't watch... or watch and come back telling me "you were right"
