This movie achives everything it aims for. You would think you have seen it all as far as high-school love stories are concerned, right? You are right - and you are wrong.
It was a great idea to put this story back into the 90s. Without any spoilers, the greatest twist in the film is partly thanks to that era.
All in all, this movie is a real little gem, so do not believe any negative reviews! Hats of to everyone that took part in the making! 10/10.

Do not get discouraged by negative reviews. Part 2 is just as entertaining as Part 1. Morover, the final scene makes it obvious that there will be a Part 3 as well.
You get exactly what you expect: good action, the return of all the familiar faces, and a nice build-up on the final scene of Part 1. I really liked the 'chemistry' between the characters of Andy and Quynh. Both actresses played well.
Another fun part was seeing Uma Thurman with a katana in her hands again - :) Her iconic role in Kill Bill will never be forgotten, with her real Hattori Hanzo :)
Go watch it, you will not be disappointed. 8/10.

When you are faced with real art, quality art, interestingly you recognize it almost in an instant. Some even say that the first five minutes of a movie contains everything you need to know whether it is worth watching or not.
That is exactly how I felt here. Very soon in the movie, I knew that I am lucky enough to take part in a wonderful journey, something beautiful, something of quality art.
Nobody could have done this film any better. Everything is perfect: the acting, the script, etc. But what really grabbed me was the music: the soundtracks, the score! Oh my God! The way music supports the plot here is unbelievable! 10 /10!
