  • Ewwwwww that was painful. Really Painful.

This movie looks and feels as though it was made for the small screen.

The acting all the way around was hideously dry, and emaciated.

I think it was around the 30 to 35 minute mark and I had seen enough.

Where did they dig up Tahar Rahim the person who played the bad guy? They should have cast Howie Long, or Kermit the Frog, or even CGI'ed a Ritz Cracker as the bad guy.

    Tahar Rahim cannot act.

Standards in Hollywood have hit rock bottom, and do not look for the foreseeable future to be improving as many other movie goer's have mentioned.

Dang, what else to say but Ouch this was one painful 30 minutes to suffer through...

  • Hideous

Disney takes down Captain Marvel. A further evisceration of the Marvel franchise overall.

This looked as though it was filmed for the disney channel, and should not have been allowed on the big screen. It should have been a disney channel exclusive, in that way I would have been spared the half hour I spent watching, in disbelief. O_o I didn't know that it would be a musical. They could have used the intro for the Lion King... that would have been at least interesting to listen to. Should have left what was scripted on the cutting room floor.

Also maybe one scene with the alien cat, there was no need for more.

Dry, stale, no substance, humor, if there was any fell flat, didn't even smile once. Acting was sub-par, the story line revolved around... bracelets? Okay then.

Didn't hate it, didn't like it, didn't even finish the first half hour. O_o Well alright then, everything is normal for disney vomit. Nothing to see here.

    Next.

  • Marvel Cinematic Universe is Doooomed

No, just no. Nothing else but no.

Boring, unentertaining. Got a little bit past the half-way mark and turned it off. The most bland, attempts at humor (no laughs at all). Stammering and awkward dialogue. CGI waaaaay sub-par.

This should have been a straight to DVD release, or recalled due to cinematic defects. (Shouldn't there be a consumer warning posted on this hideousness?)

Done with the Thor franchise, and if the dominoes keep falling the way I think they are going to? Done with the Marvel Universe now that Disney is destroying Stan Lee's legacy.

Usually I don't even pay attention to the reviews of others until I see it for myself. I saw this train-wreck albeit half-way, and now understand what others are talking about.

If Thor: Love and Thunder is a portent of things to come under the Disney... the Marvel Cinematic Universe is Doooomed.
