Episode 9 is unbearable. It's frustrating to see one of your favorite childhood fantasies ruined.
I don't blame JJ Abrams. I blame Disney for replacing content with SFX. If you love Star Wars, make yourself a favor and just don't watch this.
The others on here made a good job at describing everything that's wrong with this movie...there's nothing to add, except for my frustration.
Although I wonder: is this entirely Disney's fault? Or is this rather a reflection of what the majority of people ask for? I'm afraid that the latter is the driver here. For reference just compare the world gross income of Mr. Nobody (3,5 million USD) and say Pacific Rim (411 million USD).

This is a honest movie, which makes great use of what it has to offer: low budget CGI and self-irony. And this is exactly what you can expect, and nothing more. Would definitely recommend it if you´re looking for something to make you laugh. On a personal note, I found this way better than expensive, fabricated superhero-ish productions like the umbrella academy.
