Absolutely the most boring of the two season episode thus far. The writers must have resigned themselves to mediocrity. Definitely a low water mark for an otherwise entertaining and nostalgic yarn. I loved the original idea of bring Frasier back where it all began. But this episode was trivial and sophomoric.
Quite odd that Doctor Ellingham used the word "fat" to describe the bratty girl Delph. However, when Bert Large asked Doctor Ellingham why he was depressed, Martin used several very blunt possibilities, but understandably avoids Bert's weight.
This is long before the woeful days of hypersensitivity where so much as a hint of someone's appearance is considered Body Shaming.

I feel that someone should comment on this tragedy, so here goes: I am unofficially dedicating this episode to Michelle Trachtenberg (Melinda) who passed away on February 26, 2025 from complications of diabetes, which according to Wikipedia, is often a side effect of a transplant. She was 39 years old.
