So let's be straight... compared to the game, the game is better but compared to the majority of the movies that are coming out right now it's fun to watch and definitely a go to movie. It's purely an adventure movie with a hint of comedy and a little bit of action. I would recommend this to everyone who loved the game and also to those that never played it because it's easy to understand and the story is well written. I'm hoping that there will be a sequel.
I don't like these kind of movies but I taught I'd give this one a go. Outlander is a really good mix between fantasy, sci-fi and "history". It's that kind of movie that I'd like to watch on a Sunday afternoon while relaxing on the sofa and drinking a beer. It's really entertaining and fun to watch. The story is nothing special but the cast is great. I enjoyed watching it and would recommend.
I have watched this movie well over 10 times !! It's the legend of the movie industry. There was some movies that came close to this one, but never enjoyed one more than Gladiator. As soon as the movie starts, it takes you on a rollercoaster of emotions, suspense and excitement. The story is just beautiful and the whole setting is perfect. Russell Crowe gives his absolute best and you can see that clearly.
This is an example of how a movie should be, Gladiator is a masterpiece.
