Welcome to the Marques-Coelho Bioinformatics Lab, a resource hub for our research, teaching, software, and scientific collaborations in molecular and computational biology.
Our work connects biological questions with reproducible data analysis. We develop and maintain workflows, analyze high-throughput sequencing data, and work with researchers to turn complex datasets into useful evidence.
