What counts as a "delivered" lead?
A person who matches your ICP and whose work email we've SMTP-verified as a real, reachable mailbox — delivered with a source-linked research brief. Only delivered leads use a credit.
What happens to bounced or unverifiable emails?
They never reach you and never bill. We verify every mailbox before it counts against your quota; rejected and unverifiable leads don't use a credit.
What about catch-all or "risky" emails?
Some domains accept all mail, so a specific mailbox can't be confirmed. We label those risky so you know — and you can exclude risky leads entirely from Settings if you'd rather only pay for fully-confirmed mailboxes.
How fast will I get leads?
