I got into synthwave for its potential to take everything that was good about the 80s and make it fresh. Out of everything I've heard so far, you out-80s the 80s like no one else. You not only capture the soundscape, but something that's hard to describe. As much as I love the melancholy nostalgia often present in this genre, what really gets me is the sincere, childlike excitement about the future and sheer COOL of the era that's in short supply in today's real life cyberpunk dystopia. toebee
One of my favorite albums of all time. A staple in the genre and a must-have for fans of more energetic but still nostalgic synthwave. Great stuff! <3
Seriously, this "diamond in the rough" is up there with Whilefalse's sole album (as of writing). Thank you for the incredible music ALPHA ROOM! :D

This LP tells the story of a witch, a pair of magic gloves, & an enormous shark via wonderfully surreal electronic songs. Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 9, 2021
This album is great fun from start to finish. Best on headphones with a large sound stage to really appreciate the surprising amount of subtleties. Dancingshade
