Returns Made Simple

To qualify for a return, items must be postmarked and shipped out to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days from the purchase date and be in unused, new condition.

Please note we currently do not accept returns for crash pads, load bearing gear, or orders placed in the UK.

If you discover a defect, we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE. It is the responsibility of the consumer to end the use of the product and immediately report the manufacturing flaw. The continued use of a defective product may nullify the warranty. This warranty excludes regular wear and tear, nor is it valid for products that have been modified, resoled, or repaired. Built with ultra-sticky rubber, the RedLine's new heel tension system delivers unmatched sensitivity and serious power for any heel hook. A molded heel piece connects directly to the hook-and-loop strap, giving you full control over fit, volume, and tension.

Science Friction 3 Rubber

Made in California, our primary rubber formula is stickier, tougher, and smarter. Boasting higher friction, stronger tear resistance, and better memory, SF3 is built to perform. You’ll find it across our 3D Hooking Heel and Compression Molded Toe Box.
