More cabi Fun

I think you guys know by now that my love for cabi clothing is big. In fact, with every new season, my love continues to grow. I love the style of their clothing and how it makes me feel when I’m wearing it. I’m a firm believer that if you look good then you feel better about yourself. The cabi brand is all about empowering women and I’m right on board. Last weekend I was able to attend another fun virtual cabi fashion show, called a Front Row. It’s basically like a Zoom call that can be done with a stylist and a group of friends. You can get set up to host one of these with your friends too. It’s a fantastic alternative to an in-person show, called a Fashion Experience, if you can’t get everyone together in person.

For this particular show I invited my friend Wendy to join me because I know that she’s a long time fan of cabi clothes too and would enjoy the experience. We joined a wonderful group of ladies in Florida. It was great to meet some new friends. The show begins with introductions and then the real fun begins. The Stylist plays a series of very upbeat fashion videos. The models are wearing all of the styles from the current collection. The models are different shapes and sizes, which helps to visualize how the clothing might look on you.

One of the things that I absolutely adore about this experience is seeing the way they put different pieces together. This always gets the wheels turning in my head. They do lots of pattern mixing (my new favorite thing to do). They also show some pairings that I never would have thought to do if I hadn’t seen them on the runway. Our Stylist even mentioned some other ways to pair the different items. And the good news is that cabi intentionally designs pieces to pair back with previous seasons, so your cabi clothing lives on for many years to come.

cabi starts off each season with a beautiful collection of clothing. Then, throughout the season they add additional collections. They shared two of the newer collections at this particular Front Row, along with all the other items in the Fall/Winter collection. The Hothouse Top that I’m wearing above is from the newer Coastlines Collection that was recently released. I love the cut of the top and the gorgeous colors. It was perfect for my Hawaiian vacation and now I can wear it under a sweater, cardigan or jacket in the cooler temps. I paired it with the Button Fly Straight Jeans. Love these jeans! They have a nice bit a stretch to them and look great with everything this season. I did have my pants hemmed because I’m just 5’2″ and wanted a more specific length without the need for rolling them up.

In the photo above I’m wearing the most comfortable shirt called the Simple Tee. It’s a buttery soft ribbed tee shirt. I paired it with the black leather Boss Belt and 100% Boyfriend Jeans. My accessories are the Stellar Necklace and Stellar Earrings. They’re perfect on both casual days and dress up days.

For my next look I went with the Liftoff Pullover. It’s also from the newer Coastlines Collection. It’s a heather rose hue with flecks of yellow, blue, and green and is a great option on its own or layered over some of the other beautiful tops available this season.

Next I’m wearing the Tailored Turtleneck and it’s so much more than your basic black turtleneck. It zips on the back for ease of getting it over your head and the zipper takes the look of the top up a notch. It’s a rich black color, so it goes with everything. This is a must-have top in my book.

Last look here that I’ll be sharing in this post is the newest addition to my wardrobe and it’s the Tally Top. It’s a beautiful lilac color and an easy top to wear. Wear it year round by layering under sweaters and cardigans in the cooler months and on its own in the spring and summer. The detailing of the ruffles on it is gorgeous. I’m wearing mine in Cabo this week.
