On TRUCE <3, “Love Theme” stood as a brief but unforgettable peak—its major key brightness and melodic clarity offering a moment of emotional exhale amid the trio’s often intense improvisational interplay. This new single presents a subtly remixed version, revealing even more of the track’s layered beauty and fluid motion. It’s a love letter in sound: compact, open-hearted, and unguardedly anthemic.

Alongside it comes “Open Harmony,” a previously unreleased piece from the same December 2024 sessions. In contrast to the directness of “Love Theme,” this bonus track dives into freer territory: rhythm flows unmeasured, harmony bends toward the exotic and unexpected, and time feels suspended. It’s a vivid companion—a reminder that openness can manifest as both clarity and mystery.

Released as a digital single for Bandcamp Friday (May 2, 2025), this pairing offers a deeper look into the soul of TRUCE <3. Pre-orders for the full trio album are open through May 23. For a more intimate view into the same creative moment, its ambient counterpart "Thirteen Studies in Tender Collapse: Love Drones" follows on June 13.
