Born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, Louca plays in The Dwarfs of East Agouza with avant-punk icon Alan Bishop and experimental composer Sam Shalabi. He formed the trio Lekhfa with Maryam Saleh and Tamer Abu Ghazaleh.
