I am a first-year Ph.D. student in the 3DLG and GrUVi Lab at Simon Fraser University (SFU), supervised by Prof. Angel Xuan Chang. I received my bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Beijing Language and Cultural University (BLCU) and my master’s degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). Previously, I worked as an intern at RBC Borealis, Microsoft AI, and the Algorithm R&D Department of TAL. I was also fortunate to be advised by Prof. Xiaojun Wan during my time as visiting student at Peking University.

Research Interests

My research interests mainly concentrate on Natural Language Processing. Here are some directions my previous work covered.

• Evaluating and improving agents’ feedback capabilities to drive the iterative loop of recursive self-improvement.

• Building trustworthy and reliable LLM systems that hallucinate less and remain robust in RAG settings.

• Exploring efficient distillation methods that effectively transfer capabilities from strong models to small ones.

Recently, my research has centered on Recursive Self-Improvement (RSI).
