Your request might be rejected if you don't follow the instructions.

Please also review Global blocking .

Global blocks don't affect Meta-Wiki, so if your IP address or account is blocked, you can still appeal here. IP addresses or accounts that cause disruption on Meta should be reported at Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat instead of here so that they can be blocked locally.

Please describe the kind of cross wiki abusive activity you see from the IP or account. Saying an IP or account is a long term abuser is not helpful, but saying "IP vandalizes at ban.wikipedia, no.wikipedia and vi.wikipedia" is. This is especially important for range blocks. If you do not provide enough details, your request might be declined.

Before requesting, make sure that: You know the IP address(es) or accounts you wish to have globally blocked or unblocked. For blocks, the global blocking criteria are met. Long-term abuse: LeandroTelesRocha1983, also known among many other things as Professor Olavo. They're now doing weird cross-wiki image spam (I don't know whether it's worth listing/blocking the Commons accounts uploading the images they're using for that, such as Lula é Ladrão e Abortista ... or maybe they're just innocent parties). I traced them by following a link trail through this page history on Wikidata. If you feel safer globally blocking the /64 (2804:14c:5b74:99c5::/64), I'd be OK with that. --Graham87 (talk) 09:27, 19 September 2024 (UTC)

@Yahya @EPIC I was testing on bot's own user-space only and experimenting with high volume data. But, the edit frequency is low to flood the recentchanges. Also I have a question, in the almost every bot template, it appears to be allowed editing on the bot's or its operator's user namespace without having approval (for experimental purpose without flooding the recentchanges). @Nokib Sarkar Every local project has its own policies and practices. Just because something is accepted on Enwiki doesn't mean another wiki will accept it as well.
