✦ AI-powered reviews for software teams

AI-powered reviews, grounded in real work.

Metripact uses AI to analyze large volumes of work evidence across your connected tools and turn it into a source-backed review draft. Managers add missing context and make every decision.

AI-assisted review workflow

AI finds the evidence. People add the context.

AI organizes the evidence

Metripact analyzes the selected review period, connects relevant work evidence to role-specific competencies, and shows what supports each conclusion without calculating an employee score.

See coverage and gaps

Review what the connected sources support, where evidence is limited, and what requires manager or employee context.

Your review period. One clear evaluation.

Connect the tools your company already uses. Metripact turns fragmented work into an evaluation a manager can review and refine.

How it works

From connected work to a review draft.

AI does the heavy lifting across the review period. Managers inspect the evidence, add what the systems cannot see, and refine the draft.

Connect the workChoose the systems that best reflect how your company communicates, plans, builds, and ships.
Let AI organize the evidenceChoose the review period and role level. Metripact maps relevant evidence to competencies and marks missing coverage explicitly.
Review with human contextManagers review the evaluation, investigate evidence gaps, and retain responsibility for every conclusion and decision.
Your data, your AI

Use AI without giving up control.

Run Metripact and the AI model fully inside your environment, so review data never needs to reach the cloud. Or connect a hosted model when that suits your organization. You choose the deployment, the provider, the sources, and where the data is processed.

  • Fully local app and model option
  • Hosted AI only when you choose
  • You choose which sources connect
Common questions

Before AI reviews the work.

AI and workplace evidence deserve scrutiny. These are the questions thoughtful software leaders should ask first.

Is Metripact an employee activity tracker?
Metripact collects evidence for a defined review period. It does not turn event volume, messages, or active days into an overall employee score, and it does not rank people. Evidence coverage is shown so managers can see what the connected sources may have missed.
What does “local” mean?
A fully local deployment uses Ollama inside the customer-controlled environment. Hosted-provider mode sends employee identifiers, derived metrics, and evidence excerpts needed for analysis to the provider configured by the organization.
Which tools can we connect?
Metripact connects to the work systems your company already uses, with additional integrations planned over time. Customers choose which sources are included in an evaluation evidence set.
Does Metripact make performance decisions?
No. Metripact prepares an evidence-backed evaluation. It does not recommend promotion, compensation, performance plans, or termination. Managers provide context and make every decision.
Who can see the analysis?
Metripact is a private workspace for authorized users of the tool. Access and data retention should be configured around your company's policies.
