It looks a little fancy but is made with simple ingredients and is perfect for prepping ahead—whether I’m feeding the family or packing lunches to go.   • Use a lid for the skillet: After adding cheese slices to the skillet to melt, place a lid on top to trap the heat and help the cheese melt quicker.
