The songs on my side of the split tell stories of ghosts and other creatures said to live in the Icelandic landscape, as well as of the Icelandic witch trials in the 17th century: I sing of the hidden people, I sing of Gunna, the ghost who inhabits the haunted Gunnuhver sulphur springs on the Reykjanes peninsula, and I sing of the persecution of practitioners of magick.
