Disconnect from the Noise, Connect with Yourself

Sometimes, the world seems like an overwhelming place, especially when the news bombards us with stories that fill us with unease. It's easy to feel swept away by that tide of negativity, but what if we decided to change our perspective?

The key is to be conscious of what we choose to put in front of us. Just as a walk in nature can transform a gray day into one of peace, what we consume mentally has the power to influence our mood and energy.

Instead of absorbing the sadness that often floods the media, I invite you to take control of your well-being.

 What nourishes you, heals you, and centers you on what truly matters:

• Spend time in nature: A walk in a park, a garden, or the woods can renew your spirit and give you new clarity. Take a small gathering of art supplies to have an encounter with a colorful flowers garden or even some buildings.

• Practice meditation or journaling: These tools help you calm your mind and connect with your inner self. Use beautiful music to connect with a high vibration while at it.

• Connect with your Inner state of consciousness: Close your eyes and dive within, be aware of your inner state, consciously direct it to higher states like love, peace and joy!

By choosing these small, positive actions, you not only improve your own mood but also you become a source of calm and joy for others. In this way, instead of absorbing negative energy, you transform and share it, contributing to a kinder world, one small, powerful act at a time

What we unconsciously absorb, we bring it to the world by affecting our mood and those around us, this can affect the entire universe, it all becomes a ripple effect, I propose you change the world one happy feeling, one conscious thought at a time, make this a practice and observe your world change.

Fun Journaling inspiration to play!

Who doesn't love the beach ? 🏖️🤩  Let's  create something with those colors that remind us of it!  The smell of ocean and the warmth of the sun, lying on the sand care free, simply enjoying and letting it all go, that's the feeling we are looking for to embrace and replicate, do you feel like jumping into a splash of colors and a breeze of creativity to have fun?  Let's do it!

Here is a simple color palette in my journal for inspiration.  I love those colors and reminds me of the sand, ocean and the sun ☀️

1. Burnt Sienna – Warm sand between your toes, sun-kissed and earthy.
2. Yellow Ochre 🎨 – Golden rays of sunshine, bright and cheerful.
3. Sap Green – Lush palm leaves swaying in the ocean breeze.
4. Sap Green + Cerulean Blue – Where the sea meets the shore, a dreamy turquoise wave.
5. Cerulean Blue – Clear summer skies and sparkling ocean water.
6. Indian Yellow – Sunset glow on the horizon, rich and vibrant.
7. Gold Acrylic – Shimmering seashells and glints of treasure in the sand.
8. White Gel Pen – Foamy surf and seaspray highlights.
9. Black Gel Pen – Outlines, shadows, and the details that make your beach scene pop!

Ocean purpose

Where cerulean waters softly sway,

The State of Love

Love is your origin, your path, and your destiny. It’s the very essence of your being—the spirit's ride, an inner journey that guides you home.

Welcome 2018

The year of new changes!

Growing, to me, means to let go of the old so the new can become part of us,

removing the old skin and mold the new one, it has to be larger and more comfortable,

easier to carry, happier, one that stretches and can be molded at will.

My vision for the new year is of me flying towards it, with confidence and peace

 on top of my freedom, meaning that I am free to go anywhere I want and 

do the things I love, this ain´t easy, it´s work, inner work but that is my main goal.

I am sharing with you a little about my process here so you can be inspired 

to create a vision for your year, I, we call it, true intentions and it´s 

something my mom created a few years a go with a tree of abundance and had 

many leaves meaning different things for her, I did mine based on what I call 

those things that are true, the ones that make us who we are like, peace, happiness, 

honesty, the new job and new car is not part of this, only things that mean working 

on your self and that´s why I call them true for those are the things that 

you will truly own and this year I am doing the same but with a different image, 

in my journal bellow I wrote about those intentions, then did a study in a 

small journal and finally the painting.

I took my time to think about those things I want and how, I did some

meditation work and this vision came to me...

From there, all I did was play with the different ideas that came to me.

I received many gifts for my studio time and I am already making use of them!

I love golden and I also use the Mexican brand which is pretty good too and 

super affordable and I don´t have to pay for delivery which is very expensive!

I am also expecting some open acrylics and alkyne oil paints to try them and

of course I can´t wait! :D

I use a simple notebook, pens and markers, soft pastels to play this way!

Grace to let go and hope to find

will to change and stamina to fulfill 

dreams to conquer and work to reach them

laughter and happiness

peace and truth

honesty and growth

love and the self.

I hope you create a beautiful vision for your self this new cycle,

you deserve beautiful things, inspiration, love and beautiful people

the good things life, God always is putting in our hands, be open to them

no longer serve your purpose by adding new ones.

The fire that flies.

What is sacred?

I think everything is sacred, we are all sacred
our nature is of the sacred, nature is the sacred
and yet we don´t know what that means.

How can we be something we don´t fully understand?

Maybe we are the seed of the sacred but in order for the seed
to blossom, we have to work for it, make it happen, activate it,
make it burst from within, unfold.

If we have a forest full of nature and it´s all wild and free but it´s just
there, being... until we consciously give it some other purpose, we make
 it useful and by working on it, we make it even grater and grander.

Maybe our purpose is to get conscious of what 
we are and make use of that.

Fire is life, that sparkle that makes us get up and go on,
live and wonder, ask, pursue, fight, defend, love and hate,
is this glow in the soul no one sees but feels, is that
song in the eyes that many can read but a few understand,
is that sound coming out of your lungs when you sing,
it´s the beat of the heart and the blood in our veins,
the warmth in a hug and the acts of the brave.

Were does fire come from?

It´s always been there or it couldn´t be, as
everything, we come from something,
the great source.

Love is the only source there is.

I am love and love is what I do
I am learning to do it
consciously unconditionally,
so I find freedom and the truth,
the wings of the soul.

I trust in what I feel,
close the door to outer forces,
either good or bad,
they should not dictate what´s to be,
not in me.

I am learning to watch and allow
as I walk the path,
knowing that it´s only one
path of many,
that hidden forces are
embracing everyone´s path,
making it only one.

The necessity of acknowledgment, if we had a good
dosis of support when we were children, we surely
would grow up with no necessity of it but if
we didn´t, we crave for it most of our lives until...
you know what you are.

But how deep do you know?
We blame our parents for many things we didn´t have
and we blame them for those we did, they do the same
to their parents and the chain is on going, until...
you know what you are.

We crave for peace, for freedom and to be able to do what we love.
Why hasn´t the world reach that supportive stage were everyone
lives this way?

The hunger for power eats more souls than hell.
Or maybe, that is hell.

But we live in the world and in it´s ways and with our soul brothers and sisters
and we want to be here too and learn and grow and be, express and share and.

I am just a small link in the infinite chain of evolution

"The fire that flies"

This experience was intense, picture your self in a mountain you´ve
never been, it´s cold and getting darker, with a bunch of strangers
and not knowing what is going to happen.

It´s getting darker and darker and the sounds of the night
are new to your ears, cause you are a city person, one that
loves nature but a city person at the end,
you try harder to focus on the land in front
of your feet but after realizing you are climbing the mountain blindly,
you decide to use the inner sight of your mind and feel
the earth and the stones as your feet somehow grabs to them so you won´t fall,
the guides asked for complete silence in order to fully appreciate the
experience and not to scare the fireflies but those around you don´t care.

Immerse in your discontent for not having the required silence you
see with the corner of your eye a small sparkle floating near you, there
they are! The fires that fly!  They are an arm away, I could just stretch
and reach one!  I keep calm and respect their space, humans are their first
predators and I hate that, I am just here to observe...

The night grows darker and cooler, people seams to find inner peace out
of the hard effort on climbing the mountain, we stop for a moment and the
magic dance emerges out of nowhere, this dance were the sacred
appears to be so easily and effortlessly as if the air was breathing magic.

All I can be at that moment is gratefulness, silence and a longing
for me to be able to capture this somewhere inside my self, somewhere
 I can reach for it anytime I needed to, trying to open as much as
possible to keep this in me forever.

But the present moment is always passing and that which was felt
then, was only felt in that time, gone somewhere, to hide in the
memory, in a poor sight of my mind´s eye.

This is a better video! This is the same species of fireflies we saw, they synchronize
their lights, it´s like a nature´s christmas tree!

The fire at nights 

makes love to the dark,

chants stories of other dimensions 

to the air and the eyes,

it´s a silent song,

one of the soul

not many want,

not many will encounter.

In the book of mystery,

I found an image floating, 

the cracks in it´s wooden skin

painted the air with illuminated splendor,

I immediately remembered about the beauty

of innocence and the natural laws of emerging. 

You have ann appointment with your true self.

Chase the sacred.

The circle of life

We are blessed.

Life own us nothing

Being is a fact and can´t be changed,

 how one acts is a choice and comes from will.

Life is complete abundance that sometimes 

we dare to take for granted.

You see, life gives and gives...

flowers, birds, colors, wind, flavors, sounds,

music, sight, kisses, friends, lessons, movies, 

water, laughs, trees and butterflies, ideas, 

places, family, travels, hugs, cakes, love, movement.

We´ve been always receiving, many times

without a deep knowledge of it.

Gratitude is the result of appreciation. 

Appreciation of our abundance makes us happy.

And neither art but how much it speaks to me to look 

up and see the stars or the creation of an artist.

A state of balance, equilibrium, 

equality of distribution.

In the delicate balance of our lives

we tremble and this balance is lost,

I believe it´s a natural part of life,

we most experience that in order 

to learn.

Learning is the process of life

but if we acknowledge the lessons,

next time we will have more answers

to use when things present to our lives.

Experiences bring knowledge but we have 

to go through them in order to gain it, there

is no other way to take inn the lessons.

Maybe that is the reason of life

Living, what a perfect way to learn and
you get to become your gains!

There is an inner world, 

so great that our eyes 

can´t encompass, 

hidden by the veil of ignorance, 

so mighty it´s scary and we choose

not to see it, but it´s there, 

waiting for our recognition of it.

To know our self is to know a a small part of the universe, 

to know the universe is to know ourselves, we are what 

we see and we become that which we acknowledge

but we have always been that too,
we just didn´t know it.

If we come from the stars, (the big bang) 

we most be going back there sometime,

everything is energy and energy can´t

be destroyed, then we are definitely infinite.

We are infinite, we are the sacred, we are spirit
and the ride is the amazing.

In that space were I am,

I grow and take,

breath and learn,

as I go

I create the path

and I see wonders.

I am just enjoying the view
and I fall in love every time.

Consciousness,

the container,

the breath, 

life, 

the circle,

the spirit,

the whole,

freedom and rain,

flowers and pain,

drops of timeless

for the restrained,

golden highways

for the brave.

What would it be of all of this if no one would see it?

Yes, I am me, I can´t be other thing,

I am still learning to be that,

it may take a few more cries and

a lot more fallings, 

life has no parachutes

but the ride is grand
and I am already falling.

Once I heard Meryl Streep say in a movie:

"I want to be new again"

she said it in a way that touched me deeply and
 I think about that a lot...
We can´t be new in the way that we already are but we
can make new choices and walk towards them bravely
every day, every moment, every second, the now
has multiple opportunities  for us to choose from,
and even though sometimes it takes a lot to make
one, sooner or later we will and either
 choice is ok.
