Shipping Policy

Turnaround Time

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. Orders placed early enough may be shipped the same day.

Carriers

We use FedEx and USPS to deliver our orders promptly and reliably.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS First Class Mail may not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have the option to proceed or not with your order.

Expedited Shipping

For expedited shipping options using your own UPS or FedEx account, please refer to our Expedited Shipping Policy for detailed information.

Back Orders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order at no additional shipping cost.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@monsterbolts.com to request a refund. We will provide you with return instructions.
  2. Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return, along with your name and email address used for the purchase.

Return Authorization

All returns require pre-authorization from Monster Bolts. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional processing time. Please contact us prior to returning any items to obtain approval and instructions.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Important: Bulk orders of fasteners must be returned with all boxes unopened and in original condition. Opened fastener boxes cannot be accepted for return because the Material Test Report (MTR)—a certified document verifying the fasteners’ material properties and compliance with industry standards—becomes invalid once a box is opened. Without a valid MTR, we cannot return these fasteners to our distributor, and they cannot be resold as certified material.

Restocking Fee

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If the item you purchased is incorrect and you need a different size, we are happy to process an exchange. Please contact us to arrange this.
