I’m a huge nerd and knew I would love this album simply from the name of the band. Shai-Hulud was the first track I heard and it remains my favorite, its deep and droning sound is just fucken awesome. Complete Obliteration comes in at a close second for the favorites. God I could kiss that guitar tone on its personified mouth!

A delightfully weird offering! At parts Red Fang, Torche, Boss Keloid, and more, reaching in many directions. All of it, though, is united by a rough-edged earnestness which really carries to their live show - it was a pleasure seeing you guys open for Tower/Mutoid Man at Lovedrafts! Adventurous melodies arc out from head-banging riffs and rhythms throughout, undergirding engagingly local PA stories and attitude. Hail to PA metal from a State College boy (now long in DC)!
