5 apps · 1 job each · no ads

Track the lift. Save the replay. Fix the elbow. Own your data.

Mobile Squad builds small Android & iOS apps that each do one job properly: offline gym tracking, sideline instant replay, elbow rehab, and a read-only Firebase console. Local-first. No ads. No data sold.

Short answer. Mobile Squad is an independent app studio run by Erwan Alliaume, shipping five focused Android and iOS apps: Personal Trainer for offline gym tracking, ReplayR for sideline instant replay, Tennis Elbow Oracle and Golf Elbow Oracle for tendon rehab, and Firepulse for read-only Firebase monitoring. Every app stores its data on the device, works without an account, and carries no ads.

ReplayR, the sideline replay camera

Mount the phone, tap start, forget it. ReplayR keeps a rolling buffer of the last moments only. When something worth keeping happens, save it from the phone, your watch, or an open-palm gesture, and walk away with clips instead of an hour of footage.

  • 45 s free, up to 12 min on Pro. The buffer loops forever, storage never fills up.

  • Save from your wrist. Wear OS tile, or an open-palm gesture if the watch stays home.

  • Nothing leaves the phone. No uploads, no accounts. Pro is a one-time unlock.

Elbow rehab

Same evidence-based engine, calibrated daily. Pick the tendon that hurts.

Tennis Elbow Oracle

Lateral epicondylitis, on the outside of the elbow. Recovery framed as a 5-set tournament, Acute Phase through to Sport-Proofing.

  • Traffic-light calibrationA 30-second stiffness check sets today's load: green, amber, or rest.
  • Tempo-guided eccentricsHeavy slow resistance only works on tempo, so a metronome counts every rep.
  • Three cards a dayStretch, strength, and a tennis-specific drill. Ten minutes, self-paced.
  • Clinician PDF exportA weekly summary your physio can actually read.

Gym

Personal Trainer, the offline gym tracker

Build the week, log every set, and let the app do the arithmetic. It works in a basement gym with no signal, and the data never leaves your phone unless you ask it to.

  • Progressive overload, calculated. The next weight is suggested after every set, rounded to real plate increments.

  • Plans you actually build. Name your days, fill them from a deep movement library with form guides and muscle targeting.

  • Train with friends, or don’t. Friend codes and a shared leaderboard, 53 achievements, or full solo mode.

  • Offline first, sync later. Everything stored locally. Optional encrypted sync across devices. VIP is a one-time unlock.

Frequently asked

Common questions

What is Mobile Squad?
Mobile Squad is an independent mobile-app studio founded by Erwan Alliaume. It ships a focused portfolio of privacy-first Android and iOS apps, Personal Trainer (offline gym tracker), ReplayR (sideline replay camera), Tennis Elbow Oracle (lateral epicondylitis rehab), Golf Elbow Oracle (medial epicondylitis rehab), and Firepulse (Firebase monitoring). Each app does one thing well. No ads, no unnecessary account creation. Data stays on your device by default.
Are Mobile Squad apps free?
Yes. Every app has a free tier that covers the core experience, you can train, rehab, or monitor without spending anything. Where the business model allows it, premium features use a one-time in-app purchase (VIP or Pro unlock) rather than a subscription. There is no recurring fee, no feature drip, and no expiry. Subscriptions are used only when ongoing server-side cost makes a one-time model unworkable.
Do Mobile Squad apps work offline?
Most do, and being offline-first is a deliberate design choice. Personal Trainer, Tennis Elbow Oracle, and Golf Elbow Oracle store all data locally and function completely without a network connection. ReplayR records and saves clips entirely on-device. Cloud sync across all apps is optional and opt-in. Firepulse is the exception: it reads live Firebase project metrics, so it requires a network connection.
Does Mobile Squad sell or share user data?
No. Mobile Squad apps are local-first by design, your workout logs, rehab sessions, and video clips stay on your device. There are no third-party ad SDKs, no analytics that identify individual users, and no user data sold or shared with any third party. Any optional cloud sync is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can use all apps without creating an account, and data export is always available.
Which platforms does Mobile Squad support?
Android is the primary platform for all five apps. iOS is supported across most of the catalogue (Personal Trainer, ReplayR, Tennis Elbow Oracle, Golf Elbow Oracle). ReplayR also has a Wear OS companion app, letting you save replay clips from your wrist mid-session without touching your phone. Apps are localised in six languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
The fastest route is the in-app feedback option in every Mobile Squad app, it sends a message directly to the studio. Alternatively, leave a review on the relevant Google Play or App Store listing: every review is read and triaged. For bug reports, include the app version, device model, and Android or iOS version. Feature requests that align with the app's core purpose are prioritised each release cycle.

Still something to ask?

Real email, real human, no support bot. Bugs and feature requests both welcome.

Six rules we don’t bend

The same privacy contract applies to every app in the catalogue. Nothing here is a setting you have to find.

  • No ads, ever

No ad SDKs, no data brokers, no profile sold to anyone. There is no second business model hiding behind the first.

  • Local-first storage

Workouts, rehab sessions and clips live on your device. Cloud sync is opt-in and encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • No account required

The core of every app works signed out. Accounts exist only for the features that genuinely need a server.

  • ReplayR never uploads

Every frame stays in device storage. No cloud pipeline exists for your footage, so none of it can leak.

  • Read-only by design

Firepulse asks for read-only Google scopes and cannot change a thing in your Firebase projects. Tokens are KMS-encrypted.

  • Your data, exportable

Export from inside every app, any time, in a format you can actually read. Leaving is as easy as arriving.
