A very pleasant little EP that's perfect for Christmas! The music here is the 'typical' MONO (I mean that positively) but with a noticeably colder tone to it overall. From appropriate hopefulness ("Scarlet Holliday") to winter melancholy ("First Winter") to the ice crackling and soothing, crooning vocals capping things off ("Epilogue"), this EP is a beautiful and digestible listen that will definitely be part of my Christmas traditions going forward!
