The gallows here at Dolcett State Penitentiary are often overbooked, so we have to send condemned inmates to other locations for execution. In this case Greeneville penitentiary was able to help us by putting some of our condemned inmates to death and we appreciate their efforts. It's sometimes hard to keep up with the dozens of executions we must carry out every day, so any help we get from other prisons helps us keep up.
