Your AI-generated app works. That's not the same as production-ready. AI tools can get you to a working app in days. Getting it ready for real users is a different job: security, maintainable code, app store approval, and UX. The good news: it's almost never a rebuild. If you've built something with AI and aren't sure how far it is from launch, send us a message. https://www.alluxi.com/ #AIdevelopment #vibecoding #productdevelopment

A jury just ruled that Meta and YouTube deliberately built their platforms to hook kids. This was no accident: Internal memos showed that Zuckerberg's team knew 11-year-olds were 4x more likely to stay on Instagram than on competing apps, and that Instagram was optimized for this age group. This week's verdict is a turning point. We wrote about what the evidence actually shows, where governments are moving, and what it means for any team building digital products that touch young users. Nearly half of US adults have already used an LLM for psychological support. And not for mood tracking or scheduling therapy. Actual conversations about anxiety, grief, and crisis at 2 a.m. with no clinician nearby. The engineering and product decisions being made in this space right now carry consequences that most software categories never face. A bad response from a coding assistant wastes time, but a bad response from a mental health AI can cause real harm to someone who has no reviewer standing between them and the output. We wrote about what getting this right actually requires: the clinical guardrails, the technical non-negotiables, and the places where most teams underestimate the complexity until it's too late. Learn more about AI in the mental healthcare space on our latest post: https://lnkd.in/eCxrhPtq

The workers most exposed to AI aren't the ones you'd expect. They earn 47% more than average, hold graduate degrees, and sit in roles most people consider untouchable. Meanwhile, bartenders and mechanics? Essentially unaffected. A new research paper from Anthropic cuts through the noise with something rare in this conversation: actual data on what AI is doing in the workplace right now, not what it could theoretically do. The gap between those two things is where every business leader should be paying attention. https://lnkd.in/eSqRRT95
