Arabic black and green tea is a popular drink among Arabs and in most Arabic countries in North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. It is not a single recipe and each country incorporates its own tea spices. Moroccan tea recipes uses fresh mint and sugar. Turkish tea recipes mostly comprise of black tea. Persian chai recipe, on the other hand, include a mixture of spices such as cloves, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom.
