This original video was produced by Shauna M and Network Media LLC. | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | Alright, starting with our one block of softened cream cheese. I'm then going to bring out my diced ham. You can also get some ham from the deli counter and just chop that on up but I like the diced ham. This makes things a little bit easier, anything to cut your prep time in half. So, we're going to use an entire bag which is eight ounces and let's go ahead and give this a nice mix together. My dad used to also make this with dried beef. So, if you're looking for something else that maybe you don't like ham, definitely check out the dried beef and the like a meat section. It's going to be on the counters. I'm sorry on the aisles you know. It's not in the refrigerated section so you don't have to worry about keeping it refrigerated either. That looks nice and mixed up for now because we have just one more ingredient and I love this one. It's my green onion. Ooh so good. We're just going to go ahead and chop this all the way down to the roots. I know I usually just use the greens but this one we do want to get a little bit of this white part onion. So good and if you don't like green onions, you can probably do a regular onion but it just gives it such a nice, gentle, little crunch in here and a really nice flavor. So, here we go into the whites just like that. I like to cut the white ones up a little bit smaller. Just they're not as like pungent of a flavor. The green tips have a little bit more mild taste in my opinion. I think this should be our last one. Awesome. Now, let's just Go ahead and give this a nice mix together. It it's already smelling so good. All these flavors together. Maybe just because I know what it's about to taste like. My dad used like I said used to make this a lot when I was younger. So it has a very nice nostalgia to it for me. And maybe you guys have had it too. I think it's pretty popular but if you haven't it's definitely something you should give a try. Alright, so once you got it all nice and mixed together, kind of use your bowl to give it a nice spherical shape. You want to make it into a nice ball. So, you just kind of roll it around just like this. It's got a little hack. You can also just use some saran wrap but look at how easy this is. Alright, cool. Let's just move this aside real quick. I'm going to bring out my presentation board. I love this and we're just going to simply take it and pop it right on in the center. If you need to kind of fix the shape, go ahead and do that and to serve some Ritz crackers. You guys can use any kind of crackers too or anything you think that you'd like to dip with it but Ritz are this classic. They're that nice buttery taste to it. So I think it works great. We're just going to go ahead and surround our cheese ball with those Ritz crackers. Just like this. Beautiful. Doesn't that look great? It's perfect for presentations. Perfect for parties. Let's just go ahead and give it a try. Nice onion, ham. Oh, that looks like a great little bite. Cheers. Oh yeah.
