40min · 8 servings Chicken & Mix Vegetable Pulao INGREDIENTS:— Chicken (500g cut in to thin strips) • Cumin ( 1 tbsp) • Coriander whole( 1 tbsp) • Cardamom ( 3-4) • Ginger garlic paste (2 tbsp) • Green chili ( 15-20) • Black pepper ( 1 tsp) • Clove( 8) • Tomatoes ( 2 cut into cubes) • Oil ( 1 cup) • Onions (1 slice) • Rice ( 4 cup) • Water (6-8cups) less water for short grain & more water for long grain • Mix vegetable ( carrots, peas, capsicum & green beans) • Red chili powder (1/2 tbsp) • Whole spice powder (1/2 tbsp) Salt ( according to your taste) FOR PULAO:— In a big pot add oil, fry sliced onions sauté for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
