Kansas City Steak Soup. I'm noting my modifications since the family loved it and wanted to be sure I could replicate. Sautéd the onion, celery and 2 chopped carrots in butter, used 1lb ground beef and 1lb steak (cut to bite size and sautéed separately), homemade bone broth, 6oz. tomato paste in leu of canned tomatoes, added 2 T Worcester sauce (too much, so a bit of sugar to counter the acidity). And added peeled and cubed red potatoes for the last 30 min.
