If it’s too dry, add a little warm water. 💪 Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth. 🔪 Divide into 4 pieces, roll each into a ball, and shape into bagels. 🥚 Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seeds (optional). ⏲ Bake for 25–28 minutes until golden brown. I can’t wait for you to try it! Recipe: -3 large eggs, room temp -1/3 cup coconut oil, melted -1/4 cup maple syrup -1 tsp vanilla -2 1/2 cups almond flour -1 tsp baking soda -1 tbsp cinnamon -1/2 tbsp nut meg -1 cup chopped apples -1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped How to: -preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper -in a large bowl mix all wet ingredients -add dry ingredients to same bowl and mix well -fold in chopped apples and chopped dates -pour into making dish -top with sliced apples -bake for 55min or until toothpick comes out clean -let loaf cool before cutting into -store leftover

Plus grain-free, given quinoa is technically a seed 😄 * I referred to it as a tortilla for its shape and use in wraps or as a flatbread. I respect the cultural significance of traditional tortillas and didn’t mean to misappropriate in calling it a tortilla. I dont eat corn on Passover, which is why I started experimenting with quinoa in the first place. It came out great, which is why I wanted to share with others who may be interested. I’m pretty sure any flour would work if you want to try almond or coconut flour 😋 My family is obsessed, let me known if you make them.
