Stuffed Cream Leeks Recipe for 10 Pieces Ingredients: 1 leek Filling: 125 g quinoa 100 g vegan cream cheese 1 small onion 1 carrot 1 handful of fresh chives 1/2 tsp chili flakes 1 pinch of salt 1 tbsp mustard 1 tbsp tomato paste Toppings: 125 ml vegetable stock 50 ml vegan cream for spreading Preparation: 1. Cook the quinoa and drain 2. Mix with all other ingredients for the filling 3. Cut the leek halfway and unfold 4. Fill each with 1 tbsp and fold it into a triangle 5. Place in a casserole dish, pour over the vegetable stock and spread with vegan cream. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
