So if you only feeding a couple I'd probably use half a bag. We're going to rinse these off and bulb them. Take about three or four pieces of bacon. Cut it in half and fry it. Kentucky. Mm. Tucky legend. Black forest ham. We're just going to cut it up into little cubes. I use about half that ham which is about a cup. When your bacon gets done go ahead and pull it. Gonna add a whole chopped onion in that bacon grease. Alright, chop up this bacon. Onions start getting tender. Add some garlic. Everything's good and cooked. We going to pull it and plop it right in that ham and bacon. Now put you two tablespoons of butter in that cast iron. Gonna add a fourth a cup of flour. Gonna go in with a quart of heavy whipping cream in. Alright, now we're going to go in with about half a cup of milk. Pepper Jack cheese. Everglades, garlic salt, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, and parsley. Now add about another half cup of milk. Go ahead and add the ham, bacon, and onion and garlic to the gravy. Grain half of this water. Gonna take our sauce and dump it straight in there. Add a little salt and pepper. Let this go on the stove for a little while. This is delicious.
