Creamy, hearty, filling, and #dairyfree! This Spinach Artichoke Soup is fab! Soup Ingredients: 1 T. Grapeseed Oil 9 oz. Baby Spinach 2 cups Artichoke Hearts 1 cup diced Onion 1 T. minced Garlic 3 cans White Beans, pureed 4 oz. vegan Cream Cheese 2 cups Vegetable broth (or chicken broth 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Pepper Jalapeño Tabasco, to taste (1-2 tablespoons is good) For Topping: Jalapeno Tabasco Freshly Ground Pepper Lemon Juice Parmesan cheese (if you’re not going dairy free)
