Ingredients: 2 lbs ground beef 1 packet (1 oz) French onion soup mix 1 cup breadcrumbs 2 large eggs ½ cup milk 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 medium onion, caramelized 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp ketchup (optional for glaze) Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until evenly combined. Layer half the meat mixture in a greased crockpot. Add caramelized onions and half the Swiss cheese in the center. Cover with the remaining meat mixture and shape into a loaf. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. During the last 30 minutes, sprinkle the remaining Swiss cheese on top and cover until melted. Slice and garnish with parsley before serving.
