I used the steps for modern diy chair here and a few from the Ana White modern chair on her website. Some modifications I made were making it 24” wide for those that like to curl up and I skipped the bottom boards. I felt that would have less ground contact in terms of moisture.

Some friends wanted High Adirondack chairs for their deck. I took a look at these plans and thought I would build them a couple this is the first one. I modified the plans and used mostly 1x4 instead of 1x3 pressure treated lumber. The the chair turned out nice the next couple I make however I'll raise the arms up a little bit and add a couple inches to the back. I also modified the seat making it just flat instead of curved
