Element: Lines. This image showcases many different lines. There are both horizontal and diagonal lines and there is variation in the spaces between the two sets of horizontal lines. The woman in the corner stands draws attention in the image due to her lack of straight lines, making her the focal point.

Rhythm is something found throughout the creative arts. We tap our toes and snap our fingers to the rhythm of the music. We find rhythm in poetry and stories. And we have rhythm in photography, too.
