Make A Writing Jar (Plus 101 Prompts to Fill it!). The idea here is to have a jar full of writing prompts, the ones I’ve included have a big range. I tried to include thought-provoking, serious, funny and creative, so that each time they reach into the jar they’ll be challenged with a different kind of writing and style. Blog Prompts, Thankful Jar, Writing Games For Kids, Printable Writing Prompts, Journal Jar, Morning Writing, Creative Writing For Kids, John Dewey, Journal Topics

Reverse outlines are a great way to organize a pantser's first draft. You know what's better? An outline in mindmap form! Grab a sheet of (virtual) paper and start mapping. Your title goes in the center, the colorful bubbles around are the chapters, and you can zoom in as much as you want (or fits on your paper). This will allow you to quickly see where you are, which things need to be fleshed out... and you can even easily write down new ideas for multiple chapters/sections at a time!
