I live in Minnesota, which means I am an expert when it comes to winter. I love the cold, the snow, and most of all, the super cute (and warm!) cable knits we get to wear. I've wanted to incorporate my provincial Minnesota roots and baking for a long time; I finally got the chance and decided to go all-in -- gray and white cable knit hats, mittens, and sweaters.
