Fleur Isabelle Delacour (c. 1977) was a French, quarter-Veela witch. She began attending the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic in 1988. Fleur competed in the Tr-Wizard Championship. In 1997 Fleur married Bill Weasley. In 1998 she fought alongside her husband in the Battle of Hogwarts.
