Aloo Chaat
ALOO CHAT • Loved making this for a friend visiting me. Meghna’s Aloo Chat is very famous amongst my friends. Ingredient : • 3 medium parboiled Potatoes (cut into pieces) • Pinch of Turmeric Powder • 1 tsp Coriander Powder • 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder • Salt as per taste • Oil (alternatively Mustard Seeds Oil can be used) • Masala Peanuts • Finely chopped Tomatoes • Finely chopped Onion • Pomegranate Seeds • Chilled Curd • Imli Chutney • Dhaniya Pudina Chutney • Finely chopped Coriander Leaves • Sev • Boondi Method : • In a mixing bowl, take 3 medium parboiled Potatoes (cut into pieces) • Add a pinch of Turmeric Powder • Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder • Add 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder • Add Salt as per taste • Add a little Oil and mix it well • Shallow fry them until
