And of course, I created a step-by-step tutorial for you. We need to make them super curved and I want to share with you my way to create a pre-made shapes. In this way, they can be any length and curved line. I just draw approximately the desired shape and lean the cellophane against the paper. This time, I'm using a hard gel, but it can be acrylic or acrygel, working in the same technique. I fill inside the outlining and cure for 1 minute. Wipe off a tacky layer and removing them from a cellophane. Checking again the size and we can start fixing them on a nail plate. I'm gonna use a high-viscosity gel. It will be easier for me to adjust the tilt and degree of the mold over the nail. I place the molds strictly in the center of the nail. Flash cure each part, check the position and start building the nail with acrylgel. This product will be the easiest in work for creating this shape. Believe me, I tested acrylic and gel, and 100% acrygel are the best for this. Working with the first half of the nail and curing. I'm trying to make it as smooth as I can to avoid much filing in the end. If you work with white or cover pink, make it like me, by sides. Otherwise, because of the thickness it can be not cured in the center. With the cuticle area working in the end, when the rest is ready. On this step you decide if your nails going to be more angle or roundy in the center. I do it smoothly, but we can leave the edge on the top. Wiping off a tacky layer and start filing. If you need this Rapture Claws only for the event, I suggest you to use a peel off base underneath, that will help you to remove the extension easily after you finish. I love to use a bubble soap for cleaning the dust of the filing and I really love how it's work. And finally my favorite part, let's put some color over! I'm using liquid Inks and cleanser for blending. If you put too much of the color, you can also use acetone to remove the excess of pigment. To achieve a realistic look, we need yellow, orange, brown inks, and black gel polish. So, we're blending the inks from lighter to darker creating the ombre and leave the empty area near the cuticle for the gel polish application. This color combination I took from the real photos of the eagle and owl birds. And in real life they looks dirty and shabby, the Raptor Claws I'm sure very similar. So, my goal was to make it as close as I can to this color combination. I saw Nail Artists using the eye shadows for the nail art, and I got a chance to try them on my nails. And this product worked good, similar to the acrylic powder. Don't forget to put a color underneath. And it looks great in matte and glossy. This is up to you and your client. It was a challenge to me to try this Trend on myself and I can say this length is quite heavy, but I absolutely love the result. I also think they are perfect as a press on nails for a specific event, like parties, movies or song clips. And now you can make a decision to Love them or Hate them. Write your opinion in the comments, Thumbs up and share with your Bestie! See you soon in next tutorials and Thanks for watching! Bye Bye! And I'm going right now to scary my husband. lol lol lol
