Library Display Idea: Hobbies
Need an idea for a display in your public library? How about hobbies for beginners? Put together a display that will engage your patrons and highlight your non fiction collection! • choose items geared towards beginners in each topic • choose hobbies with no cost or low start up cost • select a variety of material types (AV, books, e resources) • add some fun signage (I made a decision tree to help patrons choose a hobby) • add pamphlets for relevant library programs/digital content/collections (e.g.: software offered in library, classes, makerspace tech)
